| Santa Ana Federal Credit Union is seeking a Collections Manager with a strong background as a hands-on Collection expert. This position will act as a role model and will be the Face of our Credit Union. Responsible for the day to day activities within the Collections Department. Oversees and executes all collections functions including the control of credit accounts that are late, potentially delinquent, delinquent, or charged off. Analyzes pay patterns of members who are delinquent and communicates with the member by telephone and mail to clear up past due accounts. Maintain accurate records of delinquent loan accounts. Optimize collection methods on accounts while balancing the goodwill of members with overall business interests of the credit union.
Requirements include: at least 7 years within a banking environment; 5-7 years collections experience; knowledge of Symitar software and Bachelor degree desirable.
