SAFCU by Phone lets you access account information, manage your money and transfer funds via any touchtone phone. Give SAFCU by Phone a call and a helpful voice will guide you through every step. SAFCU by Phone is free to all members.
SAFCU by Phone transactions include:
Obtain account balances and verify deposits
Transfer funds
Transfer your loan payments
Request check withdrawals made payable to you
Verify cleared checks and ATM transactions
How to get started:
When you open a new SAFCU account, you'll receive a temporary password to access SAFCU by Phone.
Call SAFCU by Phone using a touchtone phone.
When prompted, enter your temporary password.
You'll then be asked to create a new password.
A recorded guide will provide direction to help you perform your desired transaction.
